Cardiothoracic Surgery Research Grant Scheme 2009

This scheme is closed for 2009.

This is a newly established scheme, made possible by a generous donation from Mr Richard Longes and funded through the Cardiothoracic Surgery Research and Education Fund and Sydney Medical School.

The scheme is available to support research activity in cardiothoracic surgery or related fields at Royal North Shore Hospital and North Shore Private Hospital. It offers one or more grants totalling up to $50,000 for research to be conducted at either of these sites. It is available to any student enrolled at the University of Sydney and/or any medical practitioner, scientist, nurse or other health professional working at Royal North Shore Hospital or North Shore Private Hospital.

Applications are now invited from eligible researchers.
