Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in the management of the Medical Program Administration Unit within the Faculty and act as Manager in the Manager's absence; Supervise the day-to-day operations and staff in the Medical Program Administration Unit within the Faculty; Provision of advice to prospective and continuing students, undergraduate coordinators, academic staff, support staff and the general public on all aspects of undergraduate study in the Faculty, including degree structures and requirements, difficulties with candidature, HECS, fees, University policy etc; USydMP International student liaison officer.; General Options; PBL allocations; Suspension of candidature

Responsibilities and Duties:
Administering core components of course requirements for the USydMP in Stages 1 & 2 including: enrolment, security access, clinical school allocation and transfer; Stage 1 and 2 Assessment support; organisation of Stage 1 orientation; Stage 1 PPD Portfolio assessment; Secretary to the Options Committee; Production of student and tutor handbooks; Provide meeting support to the program's theme committees and Curriculum Process Group; Inviting and confirming lecturers as well as publishing lecture resources to the web; Publication of student and staff bulletins on the USydMP website; Web updates to Course Info pages.
