Research interests

Associate Professor Chris Roberts PhD is Director of the Office of Postgraduate Medical Education (OPME) at the University of Sydney, which has one of the most significant collections of medical and health educational expertise in Australia. He is Associate Dean (Educational Development). His particular research interests are the assessment of clinical performance, professionalism, clinical competence and selection procedures. He has undertaken consultancy on medical education and training in Australia, UK, Ireland, Canada, and the Middle East. He has published several articles on assessment in peer reviewed international journals. At the University of Sydney he is Chair of the Medical and Dental Admissions Committee.
