The purpose of this is committee is to integrate the academic and administrative activities of the portfolio and to advise the Dean of Sydney Medical School in relation to research strategy, and initiatives to support and promote research and research training in Sydney Medical School.

Sydney Medical School Research Committee
The purpose of this committee is to provide advice to the Dean through the Associate Deans Research Committee on overall research policy and research priorities for the Medical School and organise the implementation of new policies and initiatives through standing committees or working parties.
